Marina Mandarin’s Peach Blossoms Chinese restaurant and its culinary team have taken major awards at The Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao’s Best Asian Restaurants Awards 2019.
With the Peach Blossoms receiving an award on April 1st, Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong also won Rising Chef of the Year award.
Peach Blossoms prides itself on serving authentic Cantonese cuisine with a modern twist. Guests enjoy an exquisite array of culinary delights at this highly-acclaimed Chinese restaurant, and private dining rooms are also available for bookings.
Designed by John Portman, the hotel has one of the largest indoor atriums in Southeast Asia, rising through 21 storeys. The hotel also has a glass roof, which allows natural light to infiltrate the compound. Large gold ‘coins’ are strung from the ceiling, with two winding staircases that symbolise a pair of human arms capturing the fortune – a fengshui element for prosperity.
These are accompanied by a range of fine dining options in addition to Peach Blossoms, such as AquaMarine, which features a Halal-certified buffet spread of delectable Asian and international cuisines. Guests are able to unwind with signature cocktails amidst the relaxing sounds of piano and acoustic bands at the Atrium Lounge. For a light meal or quick bites to go, Café Mocha offers coffee, tea and a delightful range of salads, sandwiches and pastries.
Marina Mandarin Singapore is located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, opposite the Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre and The Esplanade—Theatres on the Bay. Situated on the trackside of the Singapore Grand Prix Formula One race, the hotel is within walking distance of popular tourist attractions such as Gardens by the Bay and the Singapore Flyer. Each of its 575 guest rooms overlooks breath-taking views of the spectacular Marina Bay or the city skyline from a private balcony.

Mr Lim says his hotel’s product offerings are also continually being enhanced to drive satisfaction and deliver new experiences to the customer. In 2018, improvement works were carried out at both the group’s hotels in Singapore to meet a wider range of banquet and conference requirements.
The hotel offers 2 ballrooms (Marina Mandarin Ballroom, which can be further partitioned into 3 separate rooms, as well as Vanda Ballroom) and 15 smaller event spaces, including the picturesque Pool Garden Pavilion
