Airbus has published an extraordinary video showing all the steps of the assembly of Lufthansa’s newest edition: the Airbus A350 XWB – delivered to the German company this week.
Lufthansa plans to base ten A350s in Munich and the first routes for the aircraft will be Delhi and Boston.
The new jet will be equipped with 293 seats, 48 of which will be in business class, 21 in premium eco and 224 in economy class.
The video notably shows the different parts of the fuselage transported by Beluga aircraft before being assembled and painted.
It also details the new economy class cabin, as well as premium eco and business class – which will only be officially announced in February 2017.
